I’m sure this has been asked and answered but a search turns up nothing for me. Is there a generic music release form I can have my composer sign in order attach with my paper work being sent to Zooppa?

Most of what I’ve come across is intended for feature films with payments, budgets, etc. I would like something simple if possible.

That’s an excellent question considering the mountain of musical issues we have with submissions.

I’m hijacking your post for a second:

For every Zooppa contest you must have original music composed by yourself (or in this case a collaborator) OR licensed music purchased with the appropriate license (usually synchronization license) from sites such as rumblefish or jamendo.

OK. To answer your question, we don’t currently have one. We’re working on getting one. In the mean time you may search for a generic one online and use that.
