Hi! I am a new here. I have two designs, two ads I have designed and neither one will upload. One is a gif and one is a jpeg, neither is over 40 KB! I am very frustrated ~ 4 upload attempts since Saturday!! If I can’t even get these basic file formats to upload I’d hate to think of the nightmare of getting audio and video uploaded!!!

Hi Righan,

Sometimes users select the wrong category when they upload, perhaps that is your problem. Make sure you are selecting print for print ads, banner for banner ads, etc. Let me know if that still doesn’t work.

Ditto! The site says you cna upload Mp4, but it doesn’t appear to transcode audio when you do.

Hi Kent,

I recommend outputting your file as a Quicktime or WMV file. If you continue to have problems with your Mp4 (which is the most prons to problems on this site for some reason) just contact me at kmastin@zooppa.com and I will see what is going on with your file.

I would really like to contribute, but I am unable to upload any video. I’ve tried the same one in three different formats and it will not encode to the site. All I get for an error is

“There has been an error with the upload of your video: generic error” this is not helpful and makes it impossible to compete in the contests. I’m not using any fancy codecs and every plays . I tested it with youtube and it plays fine there. Why will Zooppa not encode the file????

I have found that MP4’s do not upload very well. Also if the file size is over 20-30mb there can be problems.

What type of file are you outputting? Can you give me more details?

I have spent about 5 hours now trying to upload my 60 second video submission to
AT&T. I have read you forums in this area of problem and tried different
formats and codecs. I am not retarded and have over a hundred videos on Youtube

I enjoyed making the video because it gave me something to do but it is looking
like I might be missing the deadline for the AT&T contest.

I went to my public library and used their computer also to no avail.

It is obvious from the other submissions that by some measure your site is
functioning.

I wasn’t given a category selection I just followed the competitions tab on
Zooppa’s site to upload AT&T’s site then that took me
to http://simplify.att.com/upload/video?fbid=Dvv1jWonYZQ&wom=false where I
filled out the red asterisks then hit the up load video button.

I am using a Mac with Safari and final cut Express is my video editing software.

Please help with suggestions. I might have a couple hours after work to try and
up-load it some more.

I get “Internal Server Error”
