I’ve been trying to upload a 19MB .wmv file for the Matching Donors contest, and I get the “please wait, your file is encoding” message first, but then it keeps saying there was an “unknown error” uploading the file. Please help! E-mailed zooppa.usa@zooppa.com, but no reply.

Is the title of your video “One”? You should reduce the size of your video. Try encoding it in a different format like MOV or mp4.

I too have issues uploading my video to the MatchingDonors.com contest on Zooppa…
Today, September 22, around 1:00 a.m. I uploaded and submitted my video entry titled, “Be Amazing and join MatchingDonors.com”, and received an email stating that my video is encoding and should finish in a couple of hours. However, now 12 hours later it is still encoding so naturally I’m getting concerned. The file size is 29.2 MB so I’m confused as to why it is taking so long for it to become visible on the site. I tried emailing zooppa.usa@zooppa.com for help, but no response. So hope to hear from someone about this matter.
