I have uploaded my video for participating in The Challenge competition, after I’ve recieved an e-mail (Wed, December 9, 2009 12:25:52 AM) with confirmation that my video is uploaded and it will be online during an hour. But it is not. I’ve wrote to support service of Zooppa but still no answer. The question is how much time it takes to see your video on-line? I’ve coded my video in .flv format, maybe Zooppa prefer another format .avi for example.

It should be up, not sure why it wouldn’t be. Flv should work fine, but I know they have been updating the uploading process, so maybe that has something to do with it? I’m sure someone from Zooppa will contact you in this forum or e-mail soon enough. :)

We are having a small error with our uploading system. Until it is resolved, you must upload a thumbnail image with your video, for the entry to post to the website.

We should have this issues fixed very very soon. I apologize for the confusion.

Thanks everybody for your help, now it is everything clear and I have done it, my first video is uploaded=).

We have fixed the upload bug. You can upload with, or without, a thumbnail image.
