Hi Zooppa. I’m new to Zooppa and am excited to become part of the community here.

I am having a problem uploading my video for the ATT Simplify Your Life contest. The upload form was working for me earlier and I tried two or three times with internal server errors at the end of the upload. I realized my mistake was that the file was too large to upload (150mb). I re-encoded it to a proper size, codec etc and now cannot access the upload screen on my computer.

I’ve tried clearing my cache, cookies etc and still nothing. I’ve also tried multiple computers and browsers and am still having the same problem. I think it has something to do with authorizing ATT to access my account. I’ve told the form that it’s ok, but it just sends me back to the main Simplify Your Life page when I click “submit a video” in the upper right corner. I even went into my account and revoked the application, hoping that would let me re-authorize it.

Does anyone know if there is a way around this problem?

Having the same issue on our entry- uploaded it twice now, still says it is encoding hours later… help!

The “encoding” message is normal. It will stay that way until it has been approved by AT&T for release to go live. I know this, because I went through this same thing a couple of weeks ago with my submission. If it is “encoding” then it has been successfully received and is being processed.
