I just joined and so far I haven’t been able to do anything with my profile. When I click edit profile all I can edit is my account info, and the basic or more buttons do nothing. What’s going on? This site isn’t very well run, I’m extremely confused…

Welcome Sarann! I would try editing your profile again and if that doesn’t work, email zooppa@zooppa.com and we will look into the problem. I just edited my profile today so it seems to be working on my end.

when i Upload and go to edit information, seems to not be updating, does the info and avatar go through a acceptance process?

seemed to work for me with no issues, so does not seem like it is a global issue.

think i realized the problem on my end. when i entered website i put jasonsanborn.com instead of the full URL http://www.jasonsanborn.com/. which when i saved my profile, didnt update due to the website was incomplete… i fixed it now everything works..

Hi – I’m having a similar problem to that which was mentioned in the original post. I just signed up for an account and can’t edit my profile at all. i.e. I can’t upload a picture or edit the about me text, etc. I’ve emailed support but in the meantime it would be great to get some feedback/ troubleshooting tips. Maybe i’m just doing something wrong…
