In case you don't know it - audacity ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity/ ) is a free open source sound recorder and editor, available for MAC, PC and Linux ! There are many free highgrade filters for most jobs available and it can also batch process (automatically convert 100 files for example)! So, conversion (MP3 also suported!), filtering, resampling and extraction of sound is very easy. The software can compete with expensive professional tools and is yet easy to handle. Should be part of every no budget filmmaker's toolbox, i can highly recomend it Cheers Kino |
