“INTERACT WITH ME” CAMPAIGN
Premised that
Zooppa S.r.l. is a society that provides user generated contents, uploaded by the registered users of the website www.zooppa.com (as from here Zooppa website) within campaigns dedicated to company brands.
Hereby we state that:
In the period from the 25th February 2008 to the 15thApril 2008, Zooppa S.r.l., in quality of promoter society, is going to host on its own website a campaign in which user generated contents will be published and dedicated to experiences in motion.
The contents can be videos, photographs, print ads and screenplays (as from here defined “Works”).
The material uploaded by the users for the Metzeler campaign will be published automatically on the Zooppa website, but the Zooppa editorial staff is going to make a constant monitoring in order to remove the material that violates the content policy terms published on the site http://zooppa.com/corporate/content_policy.
To take part in the “INTERACT WITH ME” contest, and to upload their works, the registered users must have been pre-emptively registered on the Zooppa website and must have accepted the Terms and Conditions on http://zooppa.com/corporate/terms and the Privacy Policy http://zooppa.com/corporate/privacy as from here defined “Zooppa Commuity”). The registered users can also vote/comment their favorite works. Every registered user can vote only one time. The vote score is determined by registered users seniority, according to the conditions suggested in the Zooppa website.
Prizes for the work authors: n. 11 trips.
The trips are described as following:
Round trip transportation to the Isle of Man from/for the following countries: ITALY, GERMANY, SPAIN, GREAT BRITAIN, FRANCE, HOLLAND, SWEDEN, CECH REPUBLIC, BRAZIL AND USA. Every winner arrives at Isle of Man on the 11th May 2008 and departs on the 12th May 2008.
The trip is all-inclusive and one-night stay.
The winners will be chosen with the following modalities:
- n. 1 trip: will be assigned by a tech-artistic commission.
- n. 10 trips: will be assigned by the Zooppa community.
Prizes for the voters: n. 10 Metzeler jackets (n. 1 for each one of the following countries: ITALY, GERMANY, SPAIN, GREAT BRITAIN, FRANCE, HOLLAND, SWEDEN, CECH REPUBLIC, BRAZIL AND USA).
The choice is going to be made by Metzeler Marketing Staff based on the best comments (1 for each country).
Prizes for the Zooppa website registered users that utilize the work posted by another user: 4 Metzeler t-shirt.
The choice is going to be made with the following modalities:
- 1 t-shirt to the author of the most voted video by the Zooppa community, based on a concept posted by another registered User,
- 1 t-shirt to the author of the concept used for the most voted video among all videos using concepts posted by other registered Users,
- 1 t-shirt to the author of the most voted print ad by the Zooppa community, based on a concept posted by another registered User,
- 1 t-shirt to the author of the concept used for the most voted print ad among all print ads using concepts posted by other registered Users.
