Service Failure

A man , alone at home, falls down the stairs and breaks his leg. Ouch. He then calls for help , but his phone company is an absolute failure and he gets no service. A random "guy" pops by and hands him a phone with webtel.mobi which he then makes the call to 911. Oh wait? Who was this "guy"...??? When you need to make a call , trust webtel.mobi Webtel.mobi.
