To answer your question, Merryann, you have to have a login to vote; then click on the slider under “vote for this ad” (the little orange icon on the left of the gray line) and slide it as far to the right as you’d like; when you slide it you’ll see numbers, and those correspond to how many “stars” you’d like to give it; if you slide it all the way to the right you’ll give it 5 stars, woohoo!
