Set up a big screen television with a Wii game system and have a Wii sports competition. One sport each week (tennis, bowling, golf, baseball, boxing) and any customer who orders a meal can play - once per day. So at the end of each week, on Fridays, the winner would be notified via email or phone. Prizes would need to be substantial enough to draw people in - maybe $50 or $100 each week for first and TGIF gift cards or free food coupons for second and third. Other late night competitions can also be done apart from the main competition. This would 1) draw people in the door and 2) allow TGIF to collect customer information such as name, address, email, etc. for marketing.
